Feeling daring? How about carving 20 to 40 lbs of soapstone? Produce a BIG sculpture. Join Stephen for a guided course on how to carve soapstone from start to finish. Learn how to carve, how to deal with big stones, and to have a great time doing it. Experienced or new to the art, everyone is welcome. Take the plunge. Bring your own image or imagination. First class you pick and buy your own rough stone. By the last week, you’ll have a finished masterpiece, ready for display. All tools supplied.

- All tools supplies, stone to be purchased the first session
Special Instructions:
Thursdays, 6.30 - 8.30 pm.plus one session on April 5 in the morning for field trip to the rock shop to pick stone.
