What creates drama in a watercolour painting? Discover the answer!

Marney-Rose’s subject will be a floral painting and she will discuss and demonstrate values, colour mixing that avoids mud, and the beauty of transparent watercolours layered and mixed on the paper to create depth.

She will also discuss when to use the glazing technique and how it pushes shadows darker and cooler.

A natural teacher, Marney-Rose has a following with her watercolour classes and workshops, She teaches privately and for various Art Associations, travelling to different locations inside and outside British Columbia.
