Figurative Oil Painting with Chris Stusek

During this demo Chris will be working on a portrait from a photo or group of photos she took of her subject. Before she paints, she likes to draw her subject to get a feel and understanding. She will be painting in oils on canvas.

Chris has drawn and painted all her life. She works primarily in oils, but also enjoys graphite, pastel, and watercolour. She enjoys painting a variety of subjects, but figurative work and portraiture are particularly fascinating to her. Samples of her work can be viewed at www.chrisstusek.ca.
