Acrylics: Incorporating Abstract and Realism in a Nest with Marney-Rose Edge

Location:
Downtown Vancouver
Sun, January 21, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Discover Marney-Rose’s fascination with abstract and realism as this combination satisfies both sides of the brain.

Marney-Rose will use a variety of techniques to pull out realistic features of the subject, a nest, and contrast them with abstraction. Techniques demonstrated will include application of texture mediums, dry brushing, glazing techniques, values and creating form with a limited palette of paint applied to an intuitive start.

Space is limited and registration is required.
Please visit Opus Downtown Vancouver or contact them at 604‑678‑5889 to register.

A natural teacher, Marney-Rose has a following with her watercolour classes and workshops, She teaches privately and for various Art Associations, travelling to different locations inside and outside British Columbia.
